Enzo Verdugo
Paralegal
Enzo is a law graduate from the University of Chile, where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Legal and Social Sciences. His practice is focused on criminal law and economic criminal law, with experience in legal research, case analysis, and drafting legal briefs.
He currently works as a judicial clerk in the criminal law practice at Parraguez, Marín & del Río, where he prepares legal reports, reviews cases in judicial platforms, drafts submissions, and assists in legal advisory work and proceedings before public authorities.
He also completed an internship at the Chilean State Defense Council (Consejo de Defensa del Estado), collaborating in the systematization of case files and the review of cases within the High Complexity Corruption and Asset Forfeiture Unit.
In the academic field, he serves as an ad honorem Teaching Assistant at the Department of Criminal Sciences of the University of Chile Faculty of Law. He assists in the courses Criminal Law, Economic and Corporate Criminal Law, and in the thesis workshop “Economic Crimes Law and Negligent Offenses” taught by Professor Germán Ovalle Madrid, as well as in the Criminal Law course taught by Professor Eduardo Sepúlveda Crerar.
Previously, he worked as a monitor in the Services Unit of the University of Chile, supporting administrative management and projects within the Department of Systems and Infrastructure, and as a socio-economic accreditation monitor at the Directorate of Student Welfare and Development of the same university.
