He holds an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the University of Sussex (2003).<\/p>\n<p>He holds a Diploma in Administration of Construction Contracts, awarded by the Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Chile\u2019s Engineering School (2015).<\/p>\n<p>His professional practice focuses on arbitration, economic and commercial litigation, litigation regarding construction conflicts and society conflicts.<\/p>\n<p>He began his professional practice as an associate attorney at the Firm Figueroa y Coddou, where he became a firm\u2019s partner. Later, Figueroa y Coddou transformed into Del R\u00edo y Parraguez, Estudio Juan Agust\u00edn Figueroa, which in 2017 merged with Mar\u00edn &amp; C\u00eda., resulting into Parraguez y Mar\u00edn. Francisco has participated in some of the most relevant judicial conflicts in Chile over the last decades.<\/p>\n<p>He has developed himself as a mediator for the Santiago Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.<\/p>\n<p>He was teacher assistant to the Procedural Law Department at Universidad de Chile\u2019s Law School (2000-2008).<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bachelor of Legal and Social Sciences from Universidad de Chile\u2019s Law School (2000).
