She used to be Legal Affairs Manager, Secretary of the Board of Directors and Auditing Committee at Cervecer\u00edas Unidas S.A. (2005-2014), providing advice mainly on matters related to corporate governance, corporate compliance, antitrust, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, national and international commercial law, trademarks law, compliance of rules related to the issuance of Securities in Chile and in the United States of America (Sox and NYSE regulations), among others.<\/p>\n
She was Head of the Legal Department at Vi\u00f1a San Pedro S.A. -currently Vi\u00f1a San Pedro Tarapac\u00e1 S.A.- (1995-2005), and was in charge of expansion and local and foreign growth projects, and in general of the national and international commercial area, wine production sector, environment and real estate areas.<\/p>\n
On 2019, she was designated as a member of the Arbitration List of the Santiago Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.<\/p>\n
