His professional interests focus on public law, labor law, and judicial practice, with experience in the management of administrative litigation and judicial cases, drafting legal briefs, regulatory analysis, and legal research.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"365\" data-end=\"645\">He currently works as a legal research clerk at Parraguez, Mar\u00edn &amp; del R\u00edo, where he conducts research on legal doctrine and case law across various areas of law, including litigation and arbitration, criminal law, and labor law, and prepares legal memoranda and judicial filings.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"894\">He previously completed internships at the Chilean State Defense Council (Consejo de Defensa del Estado), where he collaborated in the review of civil cases and in the systematization and taxonomy of arguments in administrative litigation matters.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"1151\">In the academic field, he serves as a Teaching Assistant in Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile, assisting Professor Claudio Moraga.
