Her practice is focused on civil, commercial, labor, and competition litigation, with experience representing and advising clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"317\" data-end=\"534\">She has also developed experience providing corporate, contractual, real estate, corporate governance, and compliance advisory, complementing her litigation training with a comprehensive perspective on legal practice.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"752\">She obtained her Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Faculty of Law at the University of Chile, where she was awarded the Academic Excellence Prize \u201cEstudio Jur\u00eddico Cariola, Diez, P\u00e9rez-Cotapos.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"924\">Previously, she worked as a judicial clerk (procurador judicial) at Bofill Escobar Silva Abogados (July 2023 \u2013 January 2024) and at Carey y C\u00eda.
